The existence of strong communities always begins with a dream, and the will to live that dream. The existence of all strong communities ends when conscious experience is no longer sought and routine becomes the order of the day.
We at MONOPOL want to keep alive the dream and the will of our founder, in order to continue as an independent family company and to provide the world with paints and varnishes to beautify and protect objectives of lasting value.
MONOPOL is an innovative, modern, open and dynamic enterprise, developing new products and optimising existing ones in our own laboratories.
Modern production methods and optimal work processes guarantee constant quality. We want to look at the needs of the market from the viewpoint of our customers and society as a whole, as well as their economic and ecological requirements. That is why we hold regular discussions with our customers and suppliers as well as with the competition and professional associations. No efforts are spared in satisfying our customers and suppliers and complying with ecological requirements from an economic viewpoint.
One of our strengths is using team spirit and specific training to ensure and expand constant pre-requisites for innovative, cost-effective solutions. Consequently we communicate as partners within the company and with our customers and suppliers.
As an independent family concern, our aim is to grow both qualitatively and quantitatively to the benefit of the owners and staff, as well as of our customers and suppliers. With new products and selective expansion in existing as well as new markets, our target is to double our turnover in 10 years.
We will secure our profitability in order to realise our objectives with a high cash flow.
Targets and action steps should be formulated in such a way that they can be measured. All members of staff participate in scheduling, checking and adjusting the action steps.
We promote our staff with information and specific training to responsible members of our team, who can take their own decisions within their assigned function.
