Overspray in paint application – not only an economic problem.

Unicolor has developed a procedure, patented in many countries, which can be used for coating without residue, thanks to the use of solvent-free, water-dilutable paint and a new recovery system. Overspray is caught in the water curtain of the spray booth, recovered by means of an ultra-filtration system, and can then be reused immediately.

The Unicolor procedure comprises paint formulation, ultra-filtration and spray booth technology.
