Trained Qualiprotec specialists carry out a thorough examination of your façade. Unfortunately, some façades are beyond repair – due to wrong initial coatings, lack of corrosion protection, or inadequate cleaning.

The renovation is simulated for four to six months on a guarantee area. Only one-to-one conditions – with frost and humidity, light and UV radiation – give meaningful results. So that you, the customer, can be confident that the renovation is really worth doing.

If the test results are convincing, the renovation can go ahead. It starts with a thorough pre-treatment: the existing coating is cleaned and roughened by cleaning or sanding. Then Qualiprotec Re-Vitaliser is applied, a high-performance paint based on cutting-edge fluoropolymer technology. Due to its extreme contact angle of ca. 100°, water rolls off and dirt particles do not stick to the surface.
