Change and Continuity – People at Monopol
Summer brings several personnel changes for us – some bittersweet.
After many years of dedicated service, Silvia Hufschmid is retiring. Luckily, she’ll remain with us in a reduced capacity. We sincerely thank Silvia for her long-standing loyalty and immense contribution, and we’re delighted that we can still rely on her expertise.
Taking over purchasing immediately is Doris Dennerlein, who has already been trained and has tackled her new role with great enthusiasm. We warmly welcome Doris to her new position and wish her every success!
Another happy milestone: Anita Anner celebrates her 15-year anniversary with us. Her competence and consistency have greatly enriched our team – and will continue to do so, as her retirement has been postponed to our delight.
With a touch of nostalgia, we bid farewell to Chantal Ruppen, who is leaving Monopol after seven years to pursue a new path. Chantal shaped our company with passion, expertise, and dedication. We thank her from the bottom of our hearts and wish her all the very best for the future.
At the same time, we’re pleased to welcome Chantal’s strong successor, Stefan Scheck. Stefan joined us on June 1 and will benefit from Chantal’s experience during the handover period – an ideal start to his role.
Change is part of life – and all the more wonderful when it’s carried by collaboration, gratitude, and mutual respect.
